A History of Violence

I can't really say that I've ever enjoyed a David Cronenberg film, but this one could be interesting. I like the choice of Viggo Mortensen for the lead. Mortensen has come under fire in the past for wearing pro-pacifism shirts when he depicts a sword-wielding king in The Lord of The Rings. That's right, he was accused of "acting" violent when in reality, he is pacifistic.
The thin line between simulation and reality. It doesn't matter what you tell in truth, Viggo; the lie is apparently much more powerful and meaningful.
